We truly hope that you enjoyed shopping with Arkaim Home, and that you are pleased with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you can return it to us using the returns process below.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

- You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

- To start a return, please contact us at support@arkaimhome.com providing your order number and listing the item(s) you would like to return for either a refund or exchange.

- You will receive an email to confirm your request to make a return.

 

 ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

- All items should be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in their original packaging, with labelling intact and attached to the product.

- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

- Please ensure the item is protected for its journey as we can’t be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you.

- Kindly allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.

- All items are inspected before an exchange or refund is processed.

- Items deemed to be in poor condition will not be accepted for a refund.

 

 FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

- In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will require photographs of the damages or faults and any other information that will assist us to resolve the matter promptly.

- We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

 

EXCHANGES

- The fastest way to ensure that you receive the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

CHARGES FOR RETURNS

- With the exception of faulty goods Arkaim Home is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
